Yin Yoga

My style is focused on experiencing what your body and mind is communicating.

I want you, whomever you are, to feel welcome and safe! I do not accept any form of devaluation or negativity. Body-Wisdom does everything with a kind warm heart!

Yin Yoga is a quiet form of yoga, it challenges you to stay in stillness. Yin Yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work with meridians (energy paths through the body) Yin Yoga traves deep into the body and offers softness into the deeper tissues. Yin Yoga massages and strenghtenes organs and your health. Yin Yoga is suitable for every body.

"När man går inåt och börjar känna, det är då vi kan börja  läka kropp och själ."

Chair Yoga (Elderly/Seniors/less ability)

What is Chair Yoga?

It is a way for elderly and people with less ability in their bodies to move your body in a safe way to lessen pain and add some range into your body. It is also a great way to relax. Some of my Chair Yogis are 80+, so everyone can join in their own tempo and ability!

How does it work?

In my easy access Yoga studio where you can find a handicap toilet, enough space to hang your coat, water and a friendly face we will explore Chair Yoga.

We have 45 minutes, so you will have enough time to get comfortable and receive some information befor we start.

In the Yoga space I have special antislip yoga mats & chairs.

You can choose to sit on the chair or use the chair as support. We will move our bodies in a pace that feels right for you. You can change the forms to suit your body. I will guide you in the movements.

In the end we will have a moment to relax that is called "Savasana" in Yoga.

What should I bring?

A good mood and it might be useful to wear something comfortable that you can move in.

You are welcome to send me an mail or call +46 723 633 776 if you have any questions.
