Nature TRIBE from Body-Wisdom organises Nature experiences to my favourite places

Join me like a local and experience nature, enjoy local food and learn a little wild foraging & survival tips along the way!

Join me on a hike to my private favourite places in nature in Småland's beautiful nature.

10:30- ca. 14:30 

We will meet at my farm (Area Brändabo, 10 minutes from Torsås) from there we will travel together to the starting point which is in the middle of the forest, approx. 10 minutes from the farm.

If you come by public transport, I can pick you up in Torsås.

Along the way, I will tell you a little about nature's pantry, culinary & medicinal herbs, some survival tips and how you can use nature on your excursions. You will hear stories about the way we hike, maybe see tracks of animals or if we are lucky we will see some wild animals.

We arrive at a lake where we will make our own local lunch made from products from local businesses over an open fire (if there is a fire ban I use a gas stove). We may even have collected some herbs and other goodies for lunch!

You are welcome to take a cooling dip in the lake while I prepare lunch.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other food restrictions are no problem, please mention this after your booking.

On the way home, we pass a border marker from the 1800s, have a little Swedish "fika" in the forest - coffee or maybe forest tea...

We will walk on old paths, roads and bits of a hiking trail.

A couple of small parts of the hike there is no road and it will be uneven and a bit more of a challenge.

Average people 2-4 (the number of guests is limited due to my transport. If it is fully booked, I can add people who have the opportunity to use their own transport)

Advised age from 12 years (12-15 years discount)
